Comfort that fits real life · Only as smart as you need

Comfort without wasted heat

Smart controls should be simple to use and suited to your heating system and routine. Warmaway sets them up with you.

Warm when it matters

Schedules and remote changes follow real routines, including unexpected late nights.

Less wasted heating

Avoid heating rooms or time periods that do not need the same comfort.

Easier everyday use

Clear controls can be especially helpful for older or less mobile household members.

Connected thermostat

Control the main heating schedule and temperature from the wall or an app. A simple step up for many existing boilers.

Room or zone control

Give different parts of the home their own temperatures and schedules. Useful for mixed occupancy, home working or rarely used rooms.

System-specific controls

Coordinate heat pumps, underfloor heating or stored hot water correctly. The control strategy must respect how the heat source operates.

Control without complication

Controls people can use

You may need a straightforward thermostat, room-by-room control or a fully integrated setup. Complexity is not a benefit by itself.

Control that suits the system

The right control depends on the heat source, number of zones, hot-water setup and the way the property is used. Warmaway checks compatibility before recommending a product.

A property-led answer

What are you trying to make easier?

Remote control is only one benefit. The more useful question is whether you want simpler schedules, more room control, better visibility or help managing heating for someone else.

Often a good fit when...

  • The household routine changes through the week
  • Some rooms need heat at very different times
  • You regularly forget to adjust the heating when away
  • A family member would benefit from remote support

We still assess...

  • Boiler, heat pump or underfloor compatibility
  • Existing wiring and control positions
  • Heating zones and stored hot water
  • Home internet, app access and ease-of-use needs

Technology with a human handover

A handover you can follow

Designed before it is sold

Compatibility first, features second

A popular thermostat is not automatically right for every system. Warmaway checks the way the heat source expects to be controlled before specifying equipment.

What we assess

  • Heat-source make, model and control language
  • Existing thermostat and programmer wiring
  • Number of heating and hot-water zones
  • Radiator valves or underfloor actuators
  • Wi-Fi coverage and account setup
  • Fallback operation if the internet is unavailable

A complete project

What the project includes

  • Compatibility check and product recommendation
  • Installation of agreed controls and receivers
  • Connection of relevant zones and hot water
  • App and household account setup
  • Schedules configured around your routine
  • Plain-English demonstration and adjustment guidance

Questions, answered simply

Everything you need to know before booking.

Can smart controls be added to an existing boiler?

Often, yes. Compatibility with the boiler, wiring and hot-water setup should be checked first.

Do smart controls save money?

They can reduce wasted heating by improving schedules and control, but savings depend on the property, system and how the controls are used.

Will the heating still work if the internet goes down?

Most suitable systems retain local control, but features differ. Warmaway explains the fallback controls for the recommended product before installation.

Can I control separate rooms?

Yes, with a properly designed multi-zone or smart-radiator setup. The existing pipework, valves and heat source determine what is practical.
