Protect the comfort you invested in · Specialist annual care

Keep the quiet, steady warmth working the way it should.

A heat pump is easy to overlook until comfort, alerts or energy use change. Regular specialist care keeps the whole system understood and ready for the next season.

Steadier comfort

Check the settings and system performance that influence how evenly the home stays warm.

Warranty-conscious care

Keep service records and maintenance aligned with the requirements of the installed system.

Problems explained early

Identify warnings, wear or performance changes before they become a larger disruption.

System condition

Inspect accessible indoor and outdoor equipment, filters, coils, fans and electrical connections.

Heating performance

Review temperatures, pressure, settings and the way warmth is being delivered around the home.

Ongoing support

Choose a one-off visit or discuss a maintenance plan after the system has been assessed.

What the annual visit covers

Keep the whole system performing.

Good maintenance considers airflow, water quality, controls, hot water and the way the system is performing as a whole.

What happens during the service

The engineer needs access to both indoor and outdoor equipment and the visit usually takes around one to two hours. The service combines physical inspection and cleaning with system settings, performance and a conversation about how comfortable the home feels.

  • Filters, coils, fans and accessible components
  • Glycol or antifreeze levels where relevant
  • Accessible electrical connections and system operation
  • Efficiency, performance, settings and recommendations

If the engineer finds a fault

The pre-agreement service confirms whether the system is suitable for a maintenance plan. If an existing fault needs attention first, Warmaway explains the repair and associated cost before cover is offered. The service fee still applies because the inspection and maintenance visit has been completed.

Service records, warranty and ongoing care

Annual maintenance can help support manufacturer requirements, maintain a useful service history and reveal changes before they become a larger interruption. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer, so Warmaway can explain what the service records show without promising cover the manufacturer has not provided.

Service and ongoing care

Start with one thorough service, then compare cover.

Every plan starts after the £198 service and suitability check. Choose annual servicing only, add callouts and labour, or include eligible parts.
